19) Allah copying Faraon law for punishment his opposition

As we know there is no punishment for political views and differences any where in world that has secular government. Everybody is free to speak, think and talk even if it is against the religion except Islam and Allah.

I will refer to Quran for explaining how Faraon treated their oppositions more than 4000 years ago.
  • Sureh 26 (Al-Shoara), Verse 49: Faraon threaten his opposition of cutting their leg and hand in opposit direction and execution
  • Sureh 20 (Taha), Verse 71: Faraon talk to his opposition: I will cut your hand and leg in opposite direction, hung you from the trees or kill you.
  • Sureh 7 (Al-Aaraf), Verse 124: Faraon: I will cut your hand and leg in opposite direction or execute you.
Allah's punishment for his opposition
  • Sureh 5 (Al-Maedeh), Verse 33: People who fight against Allah (opposition) and his messenger (Mohammad) in short unbelievers has to be either execution, killed or cut their hand and leg in opposite (e.g. right hand and left leg or left hand and right leg) or they have to exiled from their home town. This is the punishment for in this life and their punishment is even more in the life after the death.
Conclusion: In Quran Allah is referring to Faraon's punishment law for his opposition. This proves that Allah has copied Faraon law from more than 4000 years ago while Allah had discouragement tone when was referring to Faraon and his behavior towards the opposition.
If we carefully read Quran in more than 90% talks about preventing opposition to talk, think or criticize Allah, Mohammad and his followers. If anybody does he/she will consider (Mohareb) which means fight against Allah. Therefore above punishment will be performed which is happening in countries like Iran. Any opposition is considered "Mohareb" and being executed, tortured, raped,... just because they have a different view in any form (political, civil rights, economical,...).

18) Allah and judicial law

  • Lets talk about Hammurabi judicial law from 4000 years ago and find the similarities with Allah (Islam) laws. An Epigraph was found more than 100 years ago near Baghdad in Iraq 2.5 meter high and it is translated. This epigraph is written in the name of Hammurabi king. This epigraph contain of 1114 lines, 16 paragraph and 282 judicial laws. Hebrew scholars borrowed 10 commandments from Hammurabi law. 2600 years later Allah inspired Mohammad with the similar law as Hammurabi law.

To read more about Hammurabi law please click to below URL.
http://www.wsu.edu/~dee/MESO/CODE.HTM

We will compare some Hammurabi law and Allah's law.

Allah law from 1400 years ago:
Sureh 2 (AL-baghareh), verse 178. O you who believes, Punishment (revenge) has been prescribed for you in the case of murdered people: the freeman for the freeman, and the slave for the slave, and the female for the female. And for him who is forgiven somewhat by his (injured) brother, prosecution according to usage and payment unto him in kindness. This is an alleviation and a mercy from your Lord. He who transgressed after this will have a painful doom.
Verse 179:
And there is life for you in retaliation, O men of understanding, that ye may ward off (evil).
Note: As you read above Allah called the retaliation "life". This is an interesting point that there are many reason for murder but how can you call retaliation "life". Allah teaches the worst judicial law and called the people who shall execute this law "wisdom and men of understanding".

Hammurabi code from 4000 years ago:
code 196:
If a man put out the eye of another man, his eye shall be put out. An eye for an eye
Code 197: If he break another man's bone, his bone shall be broken.
Code 198: If he put out the eye of a freed man, or break the bone of a freed man, he shall pay one gold Mina.
Code 229: If a builder build a house for some one, and does not construct it properly, and the house which he built fall in and kill its owner, then that builder shall be put to death.
Code 230: If it kill the son of the owner the son of that builder shall be put to death.
Note: Code 230 is being executed in some Muslim countries today (A code of 4000 years ago).

Note: Hammurabi code explained different type of murders and situation but the punishment law in Quran is very generic.

Conclusion: Allah judicial law is a copy from Hammurabi law in 4000 years ago.
====================================================================
Law of stoning:

Stoning law for men or women who had sexual relation with other than their husband/wife.
Please see YouTube for stoning:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fPqNCr8KKdU

Hammurabi law from 4000 years ago:
Code 153:
If the wife of one man on account of another man has their mates (her husband and the other man's wife) murdered, both of them shall be impaled.

Coping the law from 4000 years ago and executing this barbarian law after 2600 years in the name of Allah and even in 21st century is a question mark. How people can watch and tolerate this barbarian act?

====================================================================
Hammurabi law is even more progressive than Allah law
Allah law for polygamy:

Sureh 4 (Al-Nesa), Verse 3: Men are allowed to marry 4 Muslim women and unlimited women who are captured during war or slaves.
Hammurabi law from 4000 years ago:

Code 144: If a man take a wife and this woman give her husband a maid-servant, and she bear him children, but this man wishes to take another wife, this shall not be permitted to him; he shall not take a second wife.

Conclusion: Although the Hammurabi law is not even executable in today's life but if you compare with the Allah law then you will find the Hammurabi law from 4000 years ago is more progressive than a Allah law which came 2600 years after.

====================================================================
Alimony Law:

Allah Alimony law:

Sureh 2 (Al-Bagareh), Verse 229 to 237: Men shall pay the alimony to women based on his income and nothing is mentioned or specified for children alimony even in detail such as Hammurabi law.

Hammurabi law for Alimony from 4000 years ago:

Code 137:
If a man wish to separate from a woman who has borne him children, or from his wife who has borne him children: then he shall give that wife her dowry, and a part the field, garden, and property, so that she can rear her children. When she has brought up her children, a portion of all that is given to the children, equal as that of one son, shall be given to her. She may then marry the man of her heart.
Code 138: If a man wishes to separate from his wife who has borne him no children, he shall give her the amount of her purchase money and the dowry which she brought from her father's house, and let her go.

Code 139:
If there was no purchase price he shall give her one Mina of gold as a gift of release. Code 140: If he be a freed man he shall give her one-third of a Mina of gold.

Conclusion: If we compare Allah law and Hammurabi law there is no measure in Allah law and nothing specified except in very generic form the alimony is based on income while Hammurabi law is more practical even it was 2600 years before Allah law.
If you pay attention Allah law for alimony talks more about Allah and men than about the alimony law and its detail.

Law for punishing prison personnel if they act injustice

Allah law:
There is no law for injustice acts by prison personnel.
Hammurabi law from 4000 years ago:

Code 116:
If the prisoner die in prison from blows or maltreatment, the master of the prisoner shall convict the merchant before the judge. If he was a free-born man, the son of the merchant shall be put to death; if it was a slave, he shall pay one-third of a Minna of gold, and all that the master of the prisoner gave he shall forfeit.

Allah forgot about this important law to make sure the prison personnel don't act injustice and their punishment if the act
injustice.

====================================================================
Law for punishing thieves

I did some research but could not find similarity between Allah's law and Hammurabi or Faraon law for punishing thieves. Therefore I can conclude this is the only law that is from Allah without coping from others and shows his creativity.

Sureh 5 (Al-Maedeh), Verse 38:
As for the thief, both male and female, cut off their hands. It is the reward of their own deeds, an exemplary punishment from Allah. Allah is Mighty, Wise.

Usually people who steal are hungry or they need to be educated or get help to stop stealing. Allah should give them two more hand (symbolic hand) in order to survive and bring the bread for their family not making them handicap so they will be more dependable to others for their daily life. Even if the thief realize that stealing is not right after cutting his/her hand has not chance to work and live normal life.

17) Allah and science part 3 (Geology)

Allah has mentioned about 30 times talks about mountains in different Sureh and verses. In few verse analysis the mountain in more detail.
  • Sureh 16 (Al-Nahl), verse 81: Allah has created mountains for people to use it as shelter.
  • Sureh 27 (Al-Naml), Verse 88: Allah mentioned to Mohammad: Do you think that the mountains are not moving? The mountain are moving like the clouds.
  • Sureh 78 (Al-Nabaa), Verse 7: Allah made the mountains like spikes to prevent earth's trilling. This means that Allah believes that the earth is flat so spikes will prevent the trilling of the earth.
  • Sureh 20 (Taha), Verse 105: ....Mohammad they will ask you about the mountain and you tell them Allah will chopped them in small pieces in resurrection day.
Allah uses mountains in most of the verse as a symbol of fear.
  • Sureh 2 (Al-bagareh), Verse 74: .... Some of the stones will fall from the fear of Allah.
Here few questions can be asked:
1) Why all stones are not falling?
2) Why All stones are not fearful from Allah?

There are about 10 verse the word stone is mentioned and all in relation with the fear and punishment of unbelievers stories.

16) Allah and deceitful behavior

Allah has repeatedly mentioned in Quran about his deceitful behavior. I refer to two verse that clearly talks about Allah and his deceitful behavior.
  1. Sureh 3 (Al-Emran), Verse 54: ... And Allah is very deceitful (towards unbelievers)
  2. Sureh 7 (Al-Aaraf), Verse 99: Anyone who thinks is safe from this deceitful Allah will be hurt and nobody can escape Allah and his tricks.
Conclusion: Allah teaches to Muslims believers to be deceitful and tricky, lie when needed
In second verse nobody can count on any Muslim believers promise, etc

15) Allah and science part 2 (Geology)

It is important to know that Allah mentioned in Quran repeatably that Allah is:
  • - Allah-o-Yalam (Allah knows)
  • - Allah-al-Hakim (Allah is knowledgeable)
  • - Allah-al-Hakim-al-Khabir (Allah is very knowledgeable), etc
We will find out from Quran whether this true.
The key word is "farsh". The word "farsh" means rugs.
  1. Sureh 55 (Al-Rahman), Versus 54: Believers are seating on the "farsh" rugs that are waived from silk.
  2. Sureh 6 (Al-Anam), Versus 142: Animals (domesticated) are used for the transport and from the wool they make "farsh" rugs.
Therefore "farsh" means rugs as we read in above Sureh. We know that "farsh" rugs has two dimensions. In many versus Allah reffers to "farsh" when talking about the forms of the earth.
  1. Sureh 51 (Al-Zariat), Versus 48: Earth is created like "farsh" rugs.
  2. Sureh 71 (Noha), Verus 19: Earth is created like "farsh" rugs for you.
  3. Sureh 88 (Al-ghashieh), Verus 20: And see how flat is the earth created by Allah
How can Allah be the creature of the earth while he does not know the correct form of the earth? As we read above Allah always refers to earth as a flat and rugs shape.

Note: I only refer to few places in quran while always the reference to earth is as flat, rugs shape,...

14) Allah and science part 1 (Basic mathematics)

As we know human has made enormous progress in science, For instance 4500 years ago Egyptian scientist has discovered pyramid's Volume (V=1/3. h. a.a) v=Volume, h=height and a.a=area.

Does Allah who introduce himself to Muhammad as god had knowledge how to calculate the sum of
fractional numbers? We will refer to Quran in order to find the answer.

  • Sureh 4 (Al-Nesa), Verse 11, since this verse is too long I have divided in smaller sentences.
  1. Male inheritor will inherit twice as much as female inheritor
  2. If all inheritors and are female then they all will inherit 2/3
  3. If inheritor is only one female then she will inherit 1/2
  4. But the father and mother each will inherit 1/6
  5. If decease has no children then mother inherits 1/3, father 2/3. But if he has brother then mother will inherit 1/6 and father 5/6
  6. At the end of verse stated Allah is knowledgeable
  • Continues in Verse 12:
  1. You (referring to the men) will inherit 1/2 of your wife belonging if they have no child
  2. If decease female had children then her spouse will inherit 1/4
  3. Women will inherit 1/4 from their husband if they did not have children
  4. If they had children then the wife will inherit 1/8
  5. The rest of verse is explaining the rule for "kalaleh" which is explained in belog #13.
Here are 4 different situation when a man decease:
  • Man=decease, Wife=inherit 1/4, Child=No, Mother=inherit 1/3, Father=inherit 2/3
The sum of (2/3+1/3+1/4=16/24+8/24+6/24=30/24), Here the sum must be 24/24 but 30/24 this means incorrect dividends.
  • Man=decease, Wife=inherit 1/4, Child=No, but had brother so Mother=inherit 1/6, Father=inherit 5/6
The sum of (1/4+1/6+5/6=6/24+4/24/+20/24=30/24), Here the sum must be 24/24 but 30/24 this means incorrect dividends.
  • Man=decease, Wife=inherit 1/8, Child=Yes, Daughter=1 and inherit 1/2, Mother=inherit 1/6, Father=inherit 1/6
The sum of (1/8+1/2+1/6+1/6=3/24+12/24+4/24+4/24=23/24), Again the sum must be 24/24 but it is 23/24 which is less and incorrect.

  • Man=decease, Wife=inherit 1/8, Child=Yes, Daughter=more than 2 and they inherit 2/3, Mother=inherit 1/6, Father=inherit 1/6
The sum of (1/8+2/3+1/6+1/6=3/24+16/24+4/24+4/24=27/24), another math error

Here are 4 different situation when a woman decease:
  • Woman=decease, husband=1/2, Child=No, Mother=inherit 1/3, Father=inherit 2/3
The sum of (1/2+1/3+2/3=12/24+8/24+16/24=36/24), So go figure how you divide.

  • Woman=decease, husband=1/2, Child=No, but had brother so Mother=inherit 1/6, Father=inherit 5/6
The sum of (1/2+1/6+5/6=12/24+4/24/+20/24=36/24), Here the sum must be 24/24 but 36/24 this means incorrect dividends.

  • Woman=decease, husband=inherit 1/4, Child=Yes, Daughter=1 and inherit 1/2, Mother=inherit 1/6, Father=inherit 1/6
The sum of (1/4+1/2+1/6+1/6=6/24+12/24+4/24+4/24=26/24), Again the sum must be 24/24 but it is 26/24 which is more and incorrect.

  • Woman=decease, husband=inherit 1/4, Child=Yes, Daughter=more than 2 and they inherit 2/3, Mother=inherit 1/6, Father=inherit 1/6
The sum of (1/4+2/3+1/6+1/6=6/24+16/24+4/24+4/24=30/24), another math error

Conclusion: As we see Allah fails in every single calculation as shown above (sum of fractional numbers) but in the same verse Allah claims he is knowledgeable. As we know a 9-10 years old child can calculate the sum of fractional numbers with no mistake but here Allah fails compare to a 9-10 years old child.

13) Is Allah liar or forgetful part 4

Key word: Kalaleh (Arabic word) means men or women who has no children nor parents to inherit their belonging but they have sibling.

In Sureh 4 (Al-Nesa), Verse 12 and verse 176 explains the inherit rules in Islam for the "Kalaleh" (see above).

  • Sureh 4 (Al-Nesa), Verse 12: If a person who is "Kalaleh" (has one brother and one sister) passed away then his/her brother or sister each will inherit 1/6Th (The sum of 1/6 +1/6= 2/6=1/3 ) of the belonging but if they have more than 2 sibling then they will inherit 1/3Th as well.
Please note: Allah forget to discriminate between men and women as we know in other Verses women inherit 1/2 of the men. If you do a simple math (1/6 + 1/6= 2/6) so what will happen with remaining 2/3=4/6? If more than one brother or sister they all will inherit 1/3=2/6, so the question is 2 inheritor will inherit 1/3 and more than 2 inheritor will also inherit 1/3. Solve this math puzzle please!!!!
  • Sureh 4 (Al-Nesa), Verse 176: If a man die and has a sister then she will inherit 1/2 of his belonging. If a women die and has a brother then he will inherit all=3/3 of her belonging. If a person die who has 2 sisters then they both will inherit 2/3. But if deceased has 1 brother and 1 sister then they will inherit 2/3 but brother will 2 times than sister (brother inherit 4/9Th and sister 2/9Th).
Please note: the first part of the verse Allah has been reminded discriminating between men and women (sister 1/2=3/6 brother all=6/6) comparing with the verse 12 as mentioned above (brother 1/6 ans sister 1/6).
Second point: Simple math: 1/2=3/6 and all=6/6 if a inheritor is a man then he will inherit all=6/6 but if inheritor is a women then she will inherit 1/2=3/6 so where is the reaming 1/2?

in the second part of Verse if decease has brother will inherit all=6/6=9/9Th but if decease has a brother and a sister then they both will inherit 2/3=4/6=6/9 where is the reaming 1/3=2/6=3/9 compare to the first rule in the same verse. So two inheritor will inherit 2/3=4/6=6/9 which is less than 3/3=6/6=9/9.

3rd point: In first part of verse a brother will inherit all=6/6=9/9 but if he has a sister then he will inherit 4/9Th. So logically if we implement the rule that women will inherit 1/2=3/6=4.5/9 than men so the brother should inherit 2/3=4/6=6/9 and sister 1/3=2/6=3/9 but he inherit 4/9 and sister 2/9 and 1/3=3/9 is missing.

Conclusion: As you see each verse has its own problem and math mistakes but if you compare these 2 verse which are talking about the inherit rule for "Kalaleh" then you will find many inconsistency. the obvious inconsistency is in the first verse brother and sister will inherit both 1/6+1/6=2/6=1/3 together and same dividends but in the second verse they both will inherit 2/3=4/6 and not equal dividends.

12) Is Allah liar or forgetful part 3

Here one statistic lie from Allah:

Badr war is one of the war that Mohammad has fought against unbelievers in Makeh. This war was finished with Muslims as winner. In Quran Allah has referred many times to this war and Muslim's victory. Allah claims the reason they have won was because Allah has send angels to help the Muslim fighters.
  • Sureh 8 (Al-Anfal), Verse 9: Allah mentioned here we have listened to your prayer and send 1000 angels to help you fight against unbelievers in Badr's war.
  • In Sureh 3 (Al-Emran), Verse 123,124: Allah orders Mohammad: Tell to believers to remember that Allah has sent 3000 angels to help fighting in Badr's war

As you can see in Quran as mentioned above once Allah sends 1000 angels on the other time 3000 angels for the same war.
Now we have to understand 1.2 billion people are guided by this Allah and even have not noticed many inconsistency. This started 1400 years ago and continues.

11) Is Allah liar or forgetful part 2

Here are more references regarding whether Allah is liar or forgetful?
  • Sureh 66 (Al-Tahrim), Verse 10: Loot's and Noah's wife were part of their nation whom were genocide when Allah destroyed Loot and Noah nations.
  • Sureh 11 (Hood), Verse 42,43: Noah's son was the only person from Noah family who has been genocide when Allah destroyed Noah's nation
As you see in above sureh's in one Sureh Noah's wife was genocide along with Noah's nation but in other Sureh Noah's son. The question is: Is Allah liar or forgetful?

Here another one:
  • Sureh 21 (Al-Anbiya), Verse 72
  • Sureh 19 (Maryam), Verse 49
  • Sureh 29 (Al-Ankaboot), Verse 27
  • Sureh 6 (AL-Ana-am), Verse 84
  • Sureh 11 (Hood), Verse 71
In above Sureh 2 angels bring Allah's message to Ebrahim that Allah will award him with 2 son's that are named (Es-hagh and Jacop).

In the following Sureh 2 angels bring Allah's message to Ebrahim that Allah will award him with 2 son's that are named (Es-hagh and Esmaiel).
  • Sureh 14 (Al-Ebrahim), Verse 39
You can see in Quran as mentioned above Allah mentioned 2 different names in 2 different Sureh but for Ebrahim's sons.

10) Is Allah liar or forgetful part 1

You will find many repetitious statements in Quran. For instance Allah describes how he genocide a nation like Aad, Loot, Hood, etc.
- Hood, Aad, Loot and Madyan nations were few of the nations that Allah has destroyed them because they have disobeyed Allah and it is mentioned in Quran many times.
Below are the causes that Hood nation were destroyed from Quran:
  • Sureh 11(Hood), Verse 67: The cause of Hood nation genocide was terrible noise from sky
  • Sureh 7 (Al-Aaraf), Verse 78: The cause of Hood nation genocide was earthquake
  • Sureh 41 (Fos-s-lat), Verse 13: The cause of Hood nation genocide was thunderbolt
  • Sureh 53 (Al-Najm), Verse 50-53: The cause of Hood nation genocide was collapsing the city
  • Sureh 41 (Fos-s-lat), Verse 16: The cause of Hood nation genocide was cold wind
  • Sureh 53 (Al-Najm), Verse 54: The cause of Hood nation genocide was rain of sulphur
  • Sureh 54 (Al-Ghamar), Verse 23-31: The cause of Hood nation genocide was terrible noise from sky and they become like a dry leaves
Below are the causes that Loot nation were destroyed from Quran:
  • Sureh 11 (Hood), Verse 82: The cause of Loot nation genocide was mud
  • Sureh 7 (Al-Aaraf), Verse 84: The cause of Loot nation genocide was rain from stone and mud
  • Sureh 29 (Al-ankaboot), Verse 34: The cause of Loot nation genocide was stone from sky
  • Sureh 26 (Al-sha-ra), Verse 67-73: The cause of Loot nation genocide was rain from sulphur
  • Sureh 54 (Al-ghamar), Verse 34: The cause of Loot nation genocide was volcano
Below are the causes that Aad nation were destroyed from Quran:
  • Sureh 51 (Al-zariat), Verse 33: The cause of Aad nation genocide was mud
  • Sureh 51 (Al-zariat), Verse 41: The cause of Aad nation genocide was terrible wind
  • Sureh 53 (Al-najm), Verse 50,53,54: The cause of Aad nation genocide was collapsing the city and rain from sulphur
  • Sureh 54 (Al-ghamar), Verse 17-20: The cause of Aad nation genocide was terrible wind in one unlucky day and they all were destroyed
  • Sureh 69 (Al-hagheh), Verse 6,7: The cause of Aad nation genocide was 7 nights and 8 days hurricane
Below are the causes that Madyan nation were destroyed from Quran:
  • Sureh 11 (Hood), Verse 95: The cause of Madyan nation genocide was terrible noise from sky
  • Sureh 7 (Al-Aaraf), Verse 91: The cause of Madyan nation genocide was earthquake
Conclusion: This was just few references from Allah's lies while in Quran there are references that Allah never lies (Sureh 19 (Maryam), Verse 64). This means either Muslims are liar or they have never read their holly book which is full of lie.

9) Allah and beating women

Sureh 4 (Al-Nesa), Verse 34: Since this verse is too long I have divided in smaller sentences.
  1. Men are women guardian
  2. Allah created some of his creature better than the others
  3. Men are paying for women expenses
  4. Therefore the good women obey their husband
  5. When their husband are absent they will keep their secrets
  6. But if you are afraid that your wife are not obedience
  7. Then advise them
  8. If they did not obey then don't sleep with your wives
  9. Then beat them
  10. If they become obedience
  11. Then stop beating them, etc
  12. Allah is greatest and powerful
If you pay attention this verse is teaching Mohammad how to treat his wives and therefore Muslims also treat their wife based on the same rules. Here Allah set the position for men and women.
Here is more detail about the above items:

  • Men are women guardian
Allah teaches the Mohammad and men that your are the boss, decision maker and basically you own them.
  • Allah created some of his creature better than the others
Here Allah bring a reason why men are better than women. Because Allah has created them better than women and from other side intimidate women to accept that men are better because Allah created them so.
  • Men are paying for women expenses
The other reason that men are better than women because they pay for women expenses. The interesting point here is that Mohammad's wife (Khadijeh) was paying for Mohammad expenses for many years) and Allah forget about this. As we know many women working and they either pay part of or all of the expense. So I am not sure what kind of Allah is this Allah that even did not know about this.
  • Therefore the good women obey their husband
Pay attention that how Allah filter half of population talent by having them obey the other.
  • When their husband are absent they will keep their secrets
The question is what are the secrets. I think the secret is their affair, Polygamy and abusing kids, etc.
  • But if you are afraid that your wife are not obedience
In the next few sentences Allah set the rule how to treat your wife if they are not obedience
  • Then advise them
Try to advise them and see if they become obedience
  • If they did not become obedience then don't sleep with your wives
The first punishment is not to sleep with your wife. Imagine in the House with many wives (polygamy) how this punishment can be intimidating and hurting to one women
  • Then beat them
Then you can beat your wife until she become obedience
  • If they become obedience
Here Allah set the rule if the women become obedience
  • Then stop beating them, etc
Now Allah advise to stop beating
  • Allah is greatest and powerful
So Why Allah get credit here? Go figure.

8) Allah and his will

Key words: "Yasha" means wants, "Ensha-allah" means If Allah wants or wishes
Every Muslim use the above words many times per day. Allah uses these words more than 100 times in Quran.
  • Sureh 5 (Al-MAedeh), Verse 18: Allah forgive whom ever he wants or torture him/her if whom ever he wants
  • Sureh 13 (Al-Raad), Verse 13: Allah is lightning whom ever he wants
  • Sureh 10 (Unes), Verse 25: Allah guide whom ever he wants
  • Sureh 30 (Al-Rome), Verse 5: Allah help whom ever he wants
  • Sureh 13 (Al-Raad), Verse 26: Allah make rich or poor whom ever he wants
Conclusion: Can you rule any society or company based on some body's will or wish (e.g. president of a company declare I will give salary to whom ever I want) or in a community provide housing to whom ever the head of community wants. Can any company survive if they implement these rule? Would not anarchist occur in the community if the head of community will implement these rules?

7) Allah and discrimination

In the previous Blogs (Allah and women) I have listed few discrimination between men and women by Allah and noticed how Allah is against women and the discrimination between believers and unbelievers. But Allah's discrimination goes further than that.

Key words: Sommon, bokmmon, ommion means Deaf, speechless and Blind. "Asvad" means Black.
The above words have been used in Quran many times to intimidate and swearing.

I am listing more discrimination references from Quran here:
  • Sureh 20 (Taha), Verse 124: Unbelievers will appear blind on the resurrection day
  • Sureh 17 (Al-Asra), Verse 97: Unbelievers will appear deaf, blind and speechless on the resurrection day
  • Sureh 40 (Ghafer), Verse 58: Blind and who can see are never equal
  • Sureh 3 (Al-Emran), Verse 106, Allah will make some faces white and some black on the resurrection day
  • Sureh 3 (AL-Emran), Verse 107: Allah make the face of believers white and Allah is merciful to them for ever.
  • Sureh 39 (Zomar), Verse 60: Unbelievers will appear with the black face on the resurrection day
Conclusion: As you see based on above list unbelievers will appear deaf, blind, speechless and black on the resurrection day. The question here is: Is this religion for deaf, blind, speechless and black people? If yes then they have to lose their identity before they appear on the resurrection day. The other question is: These group automatically are filtered and are part of unbelievers to start with.

6) Allah (Islam) and women

We will review Quran how women should be treated and what are their rights now since we understand the key words that Allah is using in Quran. To reach a conclusion we will review Quran from different views (Women existence, right, marriage, sexuality right, Discrimination, inherit,...).

1) Women existence:
  • Sureh 39 (Al-Zomar), Verse 6. Allah created you as one human (Adam (Man)) and create his wife (Ava) from him. Based on some translation Ava is made from the remaining mud from Adam.
  • Sureh 4 (Al-Nesa), Verse 1. Refers to the same statement (first created Adam and then Ava)
  • Sureh 7 (Al-Araf), Verse 189. Allah created one human and then from man created his pair (woman).
As you can read above even women existence is depend on the man.

2) Women Rights: Men are women guardian
  • Sureh 4 (Al-Nesa), Verse 34. Men are women guardian because Allah created some creatures better than others (refers to men are better creature than women). This means women are the second hand human and have to obey Allah and men.
  • Women Rights: Sureh 33 (Al-Ahzab), Verse 33. Allah says in Quran: women should stay at home and hide their beauty. Sureh 33 (Al-Ahzab), Verse 32. Women should not talk nicely or elegantly.
3) No sexuality right for women
  • Sureh 2 (Al-Bagareh), Verse 222 and 223. In this two Verses Allah talks to the men and provide the rules how to treat the women:
  • Sexuality right: Men are not allowed to have sex during women period but in the next verse it stated women are your farm and you can enter your farm from any entrance. This means if she is blooding you can have sex from back. This means Women are only tool for men (e.g. men have car, bike, farm and women). Women has to obey no matter what.
  • Allah's view regarding Sex: Sureh 4 (Al-Nesa), Verse 43 and Sureh 5 (Al-Maedeh), Verse 6. You need to shower before praying if you had sex but never mentioned to shower before sex to prevent disease. For the same reason most of women in Muslim countries having issues with their female part.
4) Marriage:
  • Marriage: Men right to marry muliple women, Sureh 4 (Al-Nesa) Verse 3 Men are allowed to marry 4 Muslim women, unlimited non-Muslim women and young girls (even 3 years old (war prisoners)). In the life after death is also promised 70 virgin. So only men have sex right in this world and other (if there is one).
5) Discrimination:
  • Discrimination in law: Sureh 2 (Al-Baghareh), Verse 282. If there is a need for witness you have to bring 2 men witnesses. If you don't have 2 men witnesses then you can bring 1 men and 2 women (women are 1/2 men). In the same verse it explains why 2 women instead of one man, because if one woman forget then the other can remind her. This means men can never forget and his witness is absolute. So the question rasie here what is the guarantee that the second women don't forget? The message here is to handle women as second hand human and intimidate them that they always make mistake.
  • Discrimination in sex: Men always select women and women has to obey. Sureh 4 (Al-Nesa), Verse 3. You can marry orphan girls, Muslim women up to 4, unlimited non-Muslim women but there is no word whether girls, even Muslim women or non-Muslim women has any right to either accept or refuse the men. If men choose them they have to marry. Allah worries only for the men penis.
  • Discrimination between Muslim and non-Muslim women: Sureh 4 (Al-Nesa), Verse 24. Men are not allowed to marry a married Muslim women but they can marry non-Muslim married women that are war prisoner. Sureh 65 (Al-Talagh), Verse 1. Men are not allowed to marry Women who are divorced less than 3 months but at the same time they can go to bed with non-Muslim women whenever they become war prisoner.
  • Discrimination between Mohammad's wife and Muslim Women: Sureh 33 )Al-ahzab), Verse 32. It refers to Mohammad wife's: You are not like any other Muslim women. Sureh 33 (Al-Ahzab), Verse 53. Nobody can marry Mohammad's wife even after his death. So Allah isolates Mohammad's wife (whore house) and nobody will know his affair.
  • Discrimination between Muslim and non-Muslim prostitute: Sureh 24 (Al-Nour), Verse 3. Muslim prostitute can only marry a Muslim man prostitute or non-Muslim, non-prostitute man. So what will happen to non-Muslim and prostitute women who is woman, non-Muslim and prostitute????
  • Sureh 5 (Al-Maedeh, verse 38: Cut the hand of thieves (men and women). In Quran the women is the weak sex compare to men, inherit half of men, 2 women as witness is equal to 1 man as witness but women punishment is same as men. So punishment is the only time Allah handles man and woman equal.
  • Discrimination in inherit: Sureh 4 (Al-Nesa), Verse 11. males inherit 2 times than the female. If somebody die and had no children then his/her mother inherit 1/3 and his/her father 2/3. If he had a brother then his mother inherit 1/6 and his father 5/6. In summary male inherits always more than female at least twice.
Allah set the rules how to treat women in the Sureh (Al-Nesa, in +/- 15 Verses) which is basically women Sureh while in the remaining verses is talking about how to kill unbelievers and punishment for unbelievers,etc... In this Sureh Allah basically talk to men how to treat women and men have the right of multiple marriages. Women right is only to obey men nothing else. Now my question to Muslim Women who are very proud that Allah has one Sureh in the name of women. Have you read this Sureh to know your right better?

Muslim women are growing up with the feeling that they are not equal as human being to the men and they get used to this manner. Therefore they even become part of this unfair system and will treat and guide their daughters in the same manner as they have been through. It is good to know what was the women right before Islam in Saudi Arabia (House of Allah). We will review Mohammad's life and his first marriage. As we know Khadijeh Mohammad's first wife who was 40 years while Mohammad was 25 years old when they married. Mohammad was his servant and Khadijeh was very rich woman. She decided to marry Mohammad (pay attention here), she was able to choose and she was able to choose a younger man and also a poor man. This shows that Woman before Islam had more right even in Saudi Arabia while today after 1400 years they have less right. Kadijeh was a very rich business woman this is another sign of women right before Islam. She could practice her own business as a woman.
Sureh 33 (Al-Ahzab), Verses 30,31, 32 and 33. Women should stay home, hide their beauty and can't go out as they used to before Islam. This shows also women had more right before Islam.
Women in other Islamic countries (e.g. Egypt, Iran,...) were part of kingdom, government and they were active in society, army, science, etc for many many years while after Islam they have to fight for their basic right.
Conclusion: We have to save Muslim women from Allah and his unfair system then from Muslim men who perform Islamic Law from Allah. Women generation is in danger of nonexistence. Check YOUTUBE how many women are being killed, or suicide or self-burning themselves in Islamic countries from the fear.
