13) Is Allah liar or forgetful part 4

Key word: Kalaleh (Arabic word) means men or women who has no children nor parents to inherit their belonging but they have sibling.

In Sureh 4 (Al-Nesa), Verse 12 and verse 176 explains the inherit rules in Islam for the "Kalaleh" (see above).

  • Sureh 4 (Al-Nesa), Verse 12: If a person who is "Kalaleh" (has one brother and one sister) passed away then his/her brother or sister each will inherit 1/6Th (The sum of 1/6 +1/6= 2/6=1/3 ) of the belonging but if they have more than 2 sibling then they will inherit 1/3Th as well.
Please note: Allah forget to discriminate between men and women as we know in other Verses women inherit 1/2 of the men. If you do a simple math (1/6 + 1/6= 2/6) so what will happen with remaining 2/3=4/6? If more than one brother or sister they all will inherit 1/3=2/6, so the question is 2 inheritor will inherit 1/3 and more than 2 inheritor will also inherit 1/3. Solve this math puzzle please!!!!
  • Sureh 4 (Al-Nesa), Verse 176: If a man die and has a sister then she will inherit 1/2 of his belonging. If a women die and has a brother then he will inherit all=3/3 of her belonging. If a person die who has 2 sisters then they both will inherit 2/3. But if deceased has 1 brother and 1 sister then they will inherit 2/3 but brother will 2 times than sister (brother inherit 4/9Th and sister 2/9Th).
Please note: the first part of the verse Allah has been reminded discriminating between men and women (sister 1/2=3/6 brother all=6/6) comparing with the verse 12 as mentioned above (brother 1/6 ans sister 1/6).
Second point: Simple math: 1/2=3/6 and all=6/6 if a inheritor is a man then he will inherit all=6/6 but if inheritor is a women then she will inherit 1/2=3/6 so where is the reaming 1/2?

in the second part of Verse if decease has brother will inherit all=6/6=9/9Th but if decease has a brother and a sister then they both will inherit 2/3=4/6=6/9 where is the reaming 1/3=2/6=3/9 compare to the first rule in the same verse. So two inheritor will inherit 2/3=4/6=6/9 which is less than 3/3=6/6=9/9.

3rd point: In first part of verse a brother will inherit all=6/6=9/9 but if he has a sister then he will inherit 4/9Th. So logically if we implement the rule that women will inherit 1/2=3/6=4.5/9 than men so the brother should inherit 2/3=4/6=6/9 and sister 1/3=2/6=3/9 but he inherit 4/9 and sister 2/9 and 1/3=3/9 is missing.

Conclusion: As you see each verse has its own problem and math mistakes but if you compare these 2 verse which are talking about the inherit rule for "Kalaleh" then you will find many inconsistency. the obvious inconsistency is in the first verse brother and sister will inherit both 1/6+1/6=2/6=1/3 together and same dividends but in the second verse they both will inherit 2/3=4/6 and not equal dividends.
